What is The Workroom?+
The Workroom is a Telegram-verified project community. It gives members one private dashboard for shared projects, guides, announcements, referral progress, and protected access.
Does The Workroom provide Canva Pro for free?+
The Workroom does not charge verified members for its Canva community project. Invitations are limited, can become full, and are never guaranteed permanently.
Is The Workroom affiliated with Canva?+
No. The Workroom is an independent community. Canva is a separate third-party service and its own terms and availability apply.
How do I verify my account?+
Join the required Telegram channel, open the Workroom verification bot, request a code, and enter that single-use code on workroom.run within ten minutes.
Why can’t I see a private project link publicly?+
Protected destinations are intentionally available only inside verified member sessions. They are kept out of public pages and search engines.
Why is there a timer before I can claim something?+
A temporary timer can appear because of a normal project cooldown or because an account is in restricted-claim mode after unusual activity. The dashboard explains when a restriction applies.
Can I share my code or invitation?+
No. Codes, sessions, project invitations, and protected resources are personal to the verified account. Sharing or selling them can result in removal.
What happens if a Canva invitation is full?+
Report it through Workroom feedback. The project may be restocked, retired, or updated, but external capacity cannot be guaranteed.
What information does Workroom store?+
Workroom stores the minimum account, membership, referral, feedback, and pseudonymous security information needed to operate the service. The privacy page explains each category.
