What is Workroom?
Workroom is a private access portal where verified members can request available services and receive their access link through Telegram.
Why do I need Telegram?
Telegram is used for sign-in verification and private link delivery. The Workroom bot sends one-time codes and delivers requested links to your Telegram chat.
Is Canva Pro access always available?
Availability depends on the live stock managed by the Workroom team. The dashboard shows whether a service currently has seats available.
Where is my access link sent?
The access link is sent directly to the Telegram account used to sign in. Check the conversation with the Workroom bot after making a request.
What happens if a link does not work?
Use the report action in your dashboard so the Workroom team can review the link and resolve the issue.
